Research interests

My research focuses on corporate power at the intersection of health and climate change. I am particularly interested in food systems governance, advertising policy, and meta-regulation, with much of my work focusing at EU and global levels.

My Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship (2025-2027) is titled 'Climate change, meat and inertia: examining strategic ignorance in global policy'.

Background

I am a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow in the Global Health Policy Unit, which is part of the School of Social and Political Science.

Alongside my primary role, I represent early-career academics within the School, as part of the Early Career Academic Network.
