Description

Contrary to popular belief, confidence is not something innate that you are born with. It comes from our experiences in life and how we are supported through adversity.

This workshop aims to:

1) Provide the foundations of confidence, as well as how it is gained and lost

2) Demonstrate practical strategies to build confidence and maintain it through adversity

3) Examine assertiveness as a behaviour that reflects self-confidence

4) Identify passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive, and assertive behaviours and communications styles

5) Demonstrate practical strategies for assertive communication

This workshop is led by Wellbeing Advisors Laura Malik and Jude Warner.

Please note, this workshop will take place on Zoom - a joining link will be emailed to you closer to the time.
