This workshop will look at the core elements of coaching for success, from the theory underpinning how and why coaching works to experimenting with resources and templates which can be used to get the best from not only those around you but also yourself. These practical tools and exercises are customisable for one to one and group settings but can also be used on your own to reflect on your goals and motivators, setting clear, measurable bench marks for success.
Explore the theory, context and background of coaching.
Undertake a ‘Force-Field Analysis’ exercise, looking at the motivating and restraining forces which may be creating barriers or successes in achieving your goals.
You will have the opportunity to practice coaching conversations with group members in a safe and supportive environment.
You will leave with a plan of how you can implement coaching techniques within your current context.
