October Mindfulness Session
Description
Take a break from studying and join us for a live mindfulness session to reset your mind and focus on your breath.
As we begin this new term, it is important to make sure you are prioritising your well-being as much as your studies! Whether you are a meditation expert or new to the practice of mindfulness, all are invited to this hour-long session focused on training our breath and creating a positive mindset through a guided meditation.
This session will be the first in a series hosted by May Riddell each month in collaboration with the SDO. Healthy and successful student development is about more than academic and professional skills; therefore our office is committed to providing more mindfulness and well-being resources to our students.
Attend with your camera on or off, from wherever you are. All are welcome.
