Presentation Skills
Description
In this workshop we explore how we can use those skills to engage small audiences such as those found in seminar or tutorial groups. We will also focus on good practice in presentation design and structuring so that we can present with clarity and engage our audiences with well prepared and thoughtful academic discussions.
Learning goals:
1. To build on our stage 1 personal skills and our new understanding of group dynamics to become more engaging and relaxed presenters
2. To understand how to design for time and structure our presentation to flow and engage
3. To explore our visual presentation literacy through better slide and/or video design
Please note: This session will be delivered online via Zoom. The link to join the event will be sent in a separate email.
