Leadership is much discussed and as you progress in your career you will be expected to lead – but what does this really mean? This session will explore:

• What makes a good leader
• How your skills and capabilities compare to those who are perceived as good leaders
• Models of leadership and how the models can be useful for supporting you develop your leadership skills
