Are great leaders born or made? Is it about standing at the front of the room or mobilising those around you? This 90 minute workshop will offer a brief overview of leadership approaches from traditional ‘Great Man theory’ and transactional leadership through to values-based leadership, before focusing on transformative leadership for social change. We will look at leadership emergence and identity, before reflecting on the leaders you identify with both personally and professionally.

There will then be the opportunity to identify your own leadership style.
