Undergraduate course change requests and waiting lists

PLEASE NOTE: The information on this page is not applicable to 2024-25 enrolments and will be updated in due course.
Students can request a change to their optional courses up until the end of Week 2 of each semester by completing the below online form. You may be placed on a waiting list for courses that are full.
Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests, we are unable to provide live information regarding courses that have spaces available.
To submit a course change request or join our waiting list for an SPS course:

Please note the form works best using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.
Once you have submitted the form, please do not email SPS Pre-Selection separately, or submit duplicate requests, as this will cause delays for the team processing the forms.
What happens next?
Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to notify students when they have been added to waiting lists or confirm their request has been submitted successfully.
Please check your Euclid assessments record regularly.
If your request is successful
You will receive an automated notification email once we have been able to make the requested change to your courses. The change will appear on your Euclid assessment record.
If your request is unsuccessful
If you have not been added to the course by the end of Week 2 of the semester, your request has not been successful. Please check your Euclid assessments record regularly.
